Sumo Digital is delighted to have been nominated in the
Digital and E-Learning category at the 2022 Learning Excellence Awards.
The nomination recognises Sumo Digital’s commitment to
learning and collaboration for its studios around the world, with the launch of
its internal learning platform Dojo offering the chance for all teams at Sumo
to grow and share together.
Introduced in May 2020, Dojo now has over 1,100 users and
connects individuals from all 11 of Sumo Digital’s studios – allowing them to
skill-share across teams, meet like-minded colleagues and share resources and content.
Jenny Muhlwa, Learning and Development Manager, said:
“I’m thrilled that Sumo Digital has been nominated for this fantastic award
and is being recognised for its industry-leading offerings in skill-sharing,
development and growing together.
“Since the launch of Dojo almost two years ago, we’ve
seen our studios interacting like never before and it’s wonderful to see so
many of our teams meeting new people via the platform and their shared
interests.”
The awards, which celebrate gold-standard training and
learning, will take place on Friday 8th April 2022.
