THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Find your role

Our family of 17 global studios are always looking for talented, creative, and passionate people to join our team. You can find and apply for every available role across all of our studios above.

Submit an application

Depending on the role, we may ask you for your CV, portfolio, and anything else that may help us find you the best opportunity in one of our global studios. We will never request money at any stage of the interview or offer process.

Meet the team

We review every application, and prepare a shortlist of candidates to take through our Sumo interview processes. These help us get to know you better, and ensure that you find the best opportunity in one of our studios.

Review your offer

Following successful interviews, we’ll reach out with a competitive offer which you can discuss in detail with our Talent Acquisition team. If you’re ever unsure about the process, or want clarification about an offer, please email the team.
