Get ready, racers! Stampede: Racing Royale is fresh from a pit stop and is launching onto Steam with fresh cosmetics, community-requested features and exciting new content.
This 60-player battle royale racer arrives in full on Steam from today, supporting full cross-play with the existing Xbox Game Preview version and with a sweet suite of updates. Players will also find new tracks (Hardhat Havoc, Conveyor Craze, Wentworth Industries, Charging Cascades, Pilchard Plaza and Cliffside Chaos), seven new karts and more than 250 new customisation items.
The game has also received improvements to gameplay – as requested by the community – including an updated Boost System, a new Power-Up, additional Round Modifiers – with a hard mode and instant elimination – and new perks for all karts, granting players even greater control and customisation.
Stampede: Racing Royale has also received an update to Live features, including a new Special Event added to the live rotation where players can play to win an exclusive kart wrap, and a new Daily Calendar with exclusive rewards being granted to players for each day they hit the track.
Also announced is a partnership with Mintrocket that will see a familiar face join the Stampede: Racing Royale as Dave the Diver swaps his fishing rod for a hot rod, bringing with him nautical-themed tracks, karts and customisations.
Developed by Sumo Leamington and published by Secret Mode, Stampede: Racing Royale pits 60 players against one another across three-round eliminator events, culminating in a high-stakes finale to crown the winner. Harness your skills and a huge range of power-ups to steer your way to the front of the herd in classic circuit racing, or fight the crowd head-on to score the most points in arena-based battles.
Stampede: Racing Royale is available to play now on Steam, Xbox Series S | X, and on PC via the Xbox App. You can find more information about this high-speed kart racer on the Stampede website, and join in the conversation over on social media (Discord | X | TikTok | Instagram | YouTube).
