It’s time to brew the coffee, it’s time to search for fuzzy friends! Critter Café, a cosy creature raising, café management game from the team at Sumo Newcastle, is now available to play on Nintendo Switch and on PC via Steam.
In Critter Café, you’ll head to Gold Leaf Isle where you’ll run your very own chilled-out coffee shop alongside a cast of cute Critters. Customise your character with a bounty of potions, dress up your café to suit your style, open your doors to serve coffees, cakes and more, and care for your Critters
In order to bring your new Critter pals into the café, you must open mysterious portals to the Otherlands and use truly tools and puzzle solving-skills to rescue your Critters. There are 35 Critters to be found who are just waiting to be brought home to their new Habitat and grow their friendship with you.
Developed by the team at Sumo Newcastle and published by Secret Mode, Critter Café is an idea developed by Eleanor Gregory – Programmer at the Studio – who turned her love of cat cafes and fantasy worlds into a game jam project, which has gone on to become a full cosy café creation.
