STAMPEDE: RACING ROYALE COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Secret Mode Ltd are offering the
chance to win one (1) in-game customisation item for the free-to-play video
game Stampede: Racing Royale, to ten (10) randomly-selected winners.

How to participate

A.      Entry into
this competition will be made once you:

‘Follow’ the official Stampede: Racing Royale
Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/stampederacingroyale/) and ‘Comment’ on the social post posted at 2pm UK time, May
28, 2024

                  
II.           
Respond to the Stampede: Racing Royale Instagram
Story posted from 2pm UK time, May 28, 2024

                
III.           
Each of the above actions count for one entry to
the competition.

B.       Entries
must be submitted prior to the contest closing at 14:00 UK time on June 9, 2024.

C.       You may
only submit one entry per action listed above. Additional entries will be void
and will not be entered.

D.     
Entries that do not comply with these terms
and conditions will be void and will not be entered.

1.      
Selection of the winner and runners up

The ten (10) winners of the contest
will be selected at random, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.      
Notification of results

No later than 14:00 UK time on June
23, 2024, the successful competitors will be notified via the Instagram account
used during the entry process, containing instructions regarding how winners
can receive their prize. Winners will be required to have an active account
within Stampede: Racing Royale, on any live platform.

Stampede: Racing Royale social
channels will announce publicly when the competition is closed and winners have
been contacted. Potential winners will be disqualified if they do not respond
to the email within seven (7) days, and an alternate potential winner will be selected
from eligible entrants.

Eligibility requirements

All entrants must be:

A.      At least
13 years old at the time of entry

B.       Be a UK
resident

C.       In agreement
that they will provide details to arrange delivery of any prizes

4.       Publicity and personal information

By
entering this competition, you agree to your personal information being used to
process your entry, and to contact you about your entry.

Mode Ltd will at all times process your data in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, and all applicable laws and in accordance with
our privacy policy that you can find on our website here.

B.       While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Secret Mode

fraud, Secret Mode Ltd will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners
for any losses that were not foreseeable at the time of entry, or which are

C.       The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions.

D.      Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.

E.       There are no cash alternatives, the prize must be accepted as
offered and is not transferable to another person.

F.       Secret Mode Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, delay or
corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to
the prize draw.

G.      Entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated
and third-party entries will be disqualified.

H.      All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and Secret
Mode Ltd reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms
and conditions.
