Kirsty, who works as a Studio Operations and Engagement Manager at Lab42 Games,
spoke to the media outlet about fostering a positive workplace culture, advocating
and cheerleading for the studio, promoting people’s growth, learning and
knowledge sharing, and facilitating support for neurodivergent workers.
