Developing Talent

Developing talent is central to who we are. Across our studios, we foster a culture of learning and growth, supported by clear job frameworks that help people build skills and progress.

We offer a blend of internal and external development, from apprenticeships to leadership and tailored training. Launched in 2020, the Sumo Digital Academy has supported over 40 apprentices and earned an Outstanding Ofsted rating. Today, we continue investing in future talent through university partnerships and graduate opportunities.
