Day in the Life of a Senior Compliance Tester at Secret Mode:
As a part of Secret Mode's QA team, you’ll be responsible for testing and submitting games from external development partners, ensuring these meet 1st party requirements across Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft and PC Platforms.
Successful candidates will work alongside QA Leadership to assess product compliance requirements. They’ll help develop and maintain compliance-specific test plans and produce detailed bug reports where requirements are not met. You’ll keep abreast of changing compliance guidelines and adapt testing strategies to suit the platform. You will help manage build submissions for each platform, as well as produce and maintain clear bug reports for external development partners. You will act as a knowledge holder for the compliance quality of each product. 
What you need to do this job:
• A proven track record of at least two years QA testing across all major platforms (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo)
• Experienced in evaluation and testing of console compliance on at least two console platforms
• Current knowledge of platform-specific certification requirements
• Proactive and self-motivated, identifies problems in advance and presents innovative test approaches
• Excellent level of Quality Assurance knowledge with game developmentcomponents
• Bugdefect tracking-based experience such as JIRA, Hansoft, Bugzilla etc.
• Experienced games player with the ability to familiarise with game-play elements rapidly
• Mentoring and leadership skills
The Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of 2 stages:
1st Stage: A technical chat with the QA Manager and Compliance QA Lead
2nd Stage: A more general chat with some other members of the team to talk through the role and your experience in more detail
