The Website is operated by Sumo Digital Ltd (we, us, our) a company incorporated in England & Wales with company number 04703224 and registered office at 32 Jessops Riverside, Brightside, Lane, Sheffield, S9 2RX, UK. We are the “data controller” (i.e. the company which decides the means and purpose for the processing of your personal data) for the purpose of applicable data protection law.

If you contact us about our services, the forms you complete or the emails you send may include information about you, such as your name as the contact point for an organisation, your email address, the organisation’s address and your enquiry. We use this information to respond to your enquiries.

How you use our website (Analytics)

Our website uses cookies and other mechanisms to collect log and analytical information, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use (Technical Data) to help analyse how visitors use the site and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

7. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in Europe and that is where all information we collect about you as discussed in this privacy policy is held, save for Technical Data and analytics which we may process with the support of Google, Inc. in the USA.
