We’re excited to launch our 2020/2021 Student Placement Scheme and share how you can get involved!

Game development education is the future of this industry, and we are so here for it. If you’re currently studying for your undergraduate degree and want a year of hands-on experience in one of our awesome studios, get in touch! We’re offering paid placements in 6 of our UK-based studios.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on some amazing AAA projects, build up your portfolio and expand your skill set. Plus, you’ll be finessing your craft alongside some of the best talent the industry has to offer – if we do say so ourselves.

Whether you’re currently studying for a qualification in game Art, Audio, Code or Design, go ahead and submit your application to be considered for placements in the next academic year.

Here’s how to get involved:

  • Submit your Portfolio, CV and a Cover Letter with your application through our website
  • Placements are for the 2020/2021 academic year.
  • Applications close 31st January.
  • We have placements available from our Sheffield, Nottingham, Newcastle, Leamington Spa, The Chinese Room (Brighton) and Red Kite Games (Leeds) studios.
  • When applying, please state how long you’d like your placement to last, as term times vary.
  • Applications from within the EU are welcome!

Got any more questions? Send them our way.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the team!
