The Guardian chat with CEO Carl Cavers at GameCity

This weekend (October 24th) marked the return of the GameCity Festival, an annual videogame event held in Nottingham’s recently opened National Videogame Arcade. Being the festival’s 10th year, Sumo brought a little something special to the event in the form of a 2 day LittleBigPlanet 3 workshop featuring levels created by members of the LittleBigPlanet community.

Whilst the team were busy at the event, The Guardian games editor Keith Stuart and games writer Jordan Erica Webber took the opportunity to meet up with Sumo’s CEO Carl Cavers for a quick chat about all things Sumo, the history of the UK games industry and much more.
