Sumo nominated for two Develop Awards!

For the 5th year running, Sumo Digital has been nominated for the prestigious Develop Awards.

This year's nominations are (once again) for Best Independent Developer and for Best Use of a License (Outrun Online Arcade).

Winners will be announced at the Develop Conference in Brighton, UK (14th - 16th July 2009).

Previous Sumo nominations have been:

2005: Best New UK/European Studio
2006: Best Handheld Studio and Best Independent Developer
2007: Innovation Award (with Sheffield Hallam University) (Super Rub-A-Dub) and Best Independent Developer
2008: Best Use of a License (Sega Superstars Tennis)
2009: Best Independent Developer and Best Use of a License.
