Sumo Welcomes New Talent Aquisition Manager

New Talent Acquisition Manager Steps Up to Bat for Sumo Digital
Holly Youdan, also England Indoor Cricket Player, Heads Studio-wide Recruitment

5th April 2018. Sheffield, UK.  Sumo Digital, part of the Sumo Group plc (AIM: SUMO) a leading independent game developer, today announced the appointment of new Talent Acquisition Manager, Holly Youdan.

Holly will be based at Sumo’s Sheffield HQ and head up recruitment across the developer’s four studios – all of which are currently hiring.

Holly Youdan said, “I realised quite quickly that Sumo Digital is a place that cares about its employees. With an open way of communicating with each other, the culture is one of collaboration, accountability and a desire to keep getting, and being, better at everything. I am excited to be helping write the next chapter of Sumo’s story and building continued success for 2018 and beyond.”

Holly, with a wealth of recruitment experience in the tech sector, comes to Sumo from Brandwatch, a Brighton based SaaS company and leader in the social media intelligence software market. At Brandwatch she grew the Engineering department from 40 to 140 engineers during her 4-year tenure to satisfy their ambitious growth targets.

A keen cricketer, Holly played for England in the 2017 Indoor Cricket World Cup in Dubai.
