Human Resource Manager
A position is available for an experienced HR Manager to work in a fun, fast paced, busy office environment close to Meadowhall.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and have experience in leading HR. The role will oversee HR administration in Sheffield and Pune (India). Planning and delivering projects on time and having the ability to interpret and resolve sensitive/complex issues is needed.
In order to perform this role, the candidate will be CIPD qualified, with 5+ years experience as a HR generalist – ideally in a digital entertainment environment and have at least 3 years in a HR leadership capacity.
This position would suit someone who has solid counselling/coaching and managerial capabilities, with experience in developing creative HR solutions, processes and systems. Experience in ADP HRIS (or other HRIS technologies) and payroll systems is needed, along with a thorough knowledge of applicable laws.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficient use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
